Canada Shipping Rates
Quebec:
- Standard Products: Orders of $500 or more ship free.
- Standard Products: Orders of $500 or less ship for $15.
- Non-Standard Products: A $30 shipping fee applies.
Other Canadian Provinces:
- Standard Products: Orders of $500 or more ship for $15.
- Standard Products: Orders of $500 or less ship for $30.
- Non-Standard Products: A $45 shipping fee applies.
United States Shipping Rates
- Standard Products: Orders of $500 or more ship for $30.
- Standard Products: Orders of $500 or less ship for $50.
- Non-Standard Products: A $75 shipping fee applies.
Europe:
- Standard Products: Orders of $500 or more ship for $50.
- Standard Products: Orders of $500 or less ship for $75.
- Non-Standard Products: A $100 shipping fee applies.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Once your order is placed, processing and delivery take approximately 10 to 15 business days for Canada and the USA.
- Orders to Europe may take 15 to 30 business days, depending on customs processing.
- Delivery times may vary based on location, shipping carrier, and customs delays.
Unclaimed & Incorrect Address Returns
- If your order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to claim the package, we will issue a refund minus the applicable shipping charges.
- If you would like your order re-shipped, additional shipping charges will apply.
