Refund policy

At For the Love of Riders, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below:

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you wish to receive a different item, you will need to return your original purchase using the method outlined below and place a new order via our website: www.riders.horselove.ca.

Returns

All items purchased through our website can be returned, excluding sale or final sale items. Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be in its original condition — not worn, soiled, washed, damaged, and free from stable smells.
  • All tags must be attached to the item.
  • A copy of the invoice must be included in the return package.

Return Window & Shipping 

Returns must be requested and shipped back within 10 days of receiving your order.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and may use the carrier of their choice. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund for the purchase price and any applicable taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A 5% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

Color & Sizing Disclaimer

Due to variations in monitor settings, we cannot guarantee that product colors will appear exactly as displayed on your screen. We are also not responsible if an item’s size or style does not meet your expectations.
